Hello from Lone Larch Storage!

First, if you haven't noticed, we now have fully accessible online credit card processing capabilities.  To use this feature for renting a self storage unit or to make a monthly rent payment simply go to the Lone Larch Storage website: www.lonelarchstorage.com and begin the payment process.  All major credit cards are accepted.

On site improvements are also taking place.  First and foremost, to improve security for the self storage units and tenant belongings we are installing exterior lighting on existing buildings and an electronic gate with security code access.  To utilize the gate, each tenant will have their own specific code to enter the storage unit compound.  

To make this work, we have also been busy installing power to the entire facility. Please excuse the recent dirt work and mess but we have needed to trench a rather large are to get power lines buried in the proper locations.

Finally, and most importantly, we are going to be expanding the storage unit facility this summer. Two (2) new buildings will be erected with one focused on boat and RV storage and the other for more moderate sized items such as slide in campers, personal vehicles/ watercraft, and/or snowmobiles.  

In the larger building, there will be six (6) new fully enclosed units that will be 36' deep. Four of the 36' units will be 14' wide with 12' wide doors that are 14' high. The remaining two units will be 12' wide and have 10' wide doors.  All doors will be 14' high and the building height will slope from 16' on the front end (entry) to 14' at the rear. 

The second building will have three (3) 21' deep units. Two units will all be 12' wide with 10' wide doors and one unit will be 10' wide with an 8' wide door. All door heights will be 12' and the building height will slope from 14'l at the front end (entry) to 13' at the rear.  

All these new units, along with existing units, will be accessible on a 24/7 basis.

Work is set to start on unit expansion in the very near future.  If you are interested in renting a larger unit for storage needs, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your unit.  Pre-build discounts are available.
